The goal of the 2025 U.S. Women’s Open volunteer program is to recruit 1,400 volunteers to serve on 13 committees for the championship. Volunteers for the U.S. Women’s Open are individuals who freely offer their time, labor, and expertise for the betterment of the game and to ensure success within our championship.

Birdie Volunteer Package

Birdie Volunteers will receive a credential valid for all five (5) days of the championship (Wednesday – Sunday), one (1) meal voucher for each assigned shift, access to Volunteer Hospitality, one (1) golf shirt, one (1) wind jacket, one (1) piece of headwear, one (1) logoed championship compliant water bottle, one (1) logoed championship compliant bag, and one (1) logoed championship collector's pin. In addition, they will receive access to Volunteer Appreciation Events, meet & greets and giveaways, and the option to purchase up to two (2) good-any-day tickets at a discounted rate to share with family and friends. These volunteers will be required to volunteer for a minimum of four (4) shifts with each shift lasting between five (5) to six (6) hours. Birdie volunteers will also receive one non-transferable round of golf at Erin Hills Golf Course at a green fee rate of $295 (offer is redeemable June – July 2025 or May – July 2026).

Youth Volunteer Package – Limit 30 Volunteers (15-21 demographic focused)

Youth Volunteers will receive a credential valid for all five (5) days of the championship (Wednesday – Sunday), one (1) meal voucher for each assigned shift, access to Volunteer Hospitality, one (1) t-shirts, one (1) piece of headwear, one (1) logoed championship compliant water bottle, one (1) logoed championship compliant bag, and one (1) logoed championship collector's pin. In addition, they will receive access to Volunteer Appreciation Events, meet & greets and giveaways. These volunteers will be required to volunteer for a minimum of two (2) shifts with each shift lasting between five (5) to six (6) hours. The Youth Volunteer Package focuses on participation within the Standard Bearer committee, with potential to expand to other committees.
